The key lockbox is at the top of a steep public footpath, accessible only on foot. From the street, allow about two minutes to walk up and collect the key; cars need to be left down on the street first.
Self check-in is available via lockbox. Guests have elevator access to the apartment in a secure building; the home is single-level once inside. The private balcony is part of the apartment.
