Alternatively on-street parking is also available (free overnight). Day parking is approximately $18.00. For more information and up to date pricing, search the Wellington City Council website under ‘Coupon Parking’.
– Parking – The car lift occasionally stops working and if this happens it means your car cannot be moved until the repairs are carried out. If parts need to be ordered this may take a day or several days, so you may want to consider leaving your car on the street overnight instead.
– Shower – The shower is a cozy space so may not suit those who require more room.
– The key lockbox is located at the top of a steep public footpath which can only be accessed on foot, approximately 2 minutes walk from the street. You will need to leave your car down on the street and walk up to collect the key.
– This is a residential building so no noise between 10pm and 7am and no groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
– The person making the booking must be staying at the property. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please check with me first, before you book.
– The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
– The apartment and amenities are for the use of paying guests. If you plan to have visitors, please check with me first, before you book.
– No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.
– The car park is accessed via a car lift, which like all things mechanical occasionally stops working. Use of the car lift is as your own risk.
– The key lockbox is located at the top of a steep public footpath which can only be accessed on foot, approximately 2 minutes walk from the street. You will need to leave your car down on the street and walk up to collect the key. Guests are required to read all my messages which will contain the instructions on how to easily locate and access the apartment.
