Three bright bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests: two have queen beds and the third has a single bed. Bed linens and clothing storage help you settle in.

The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, with a separate toilet. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer are provided.
A washing machine, drying rack and iron make longer stays easier. Please note there is no dryer.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We’re only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
You’ll have full access to the apartment, including all three bedrooms, the bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, dining and living areas, plus the private garage. Self check-in is available via a lockbox.
The apartment is on the second floor, reached by two flights of stairs. There is no elevator, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns.
Aro Valley is one of Wellington’s most beloved suburbs—bohemian, creative, and full of character. The neighborhood hosts local events like the Aro Valley Fair, while Aro Valley Park offers a peaceful green space for a stroll or picnic. Nestled between hills, it feels tucked away yet remains close to the heart of the city, giving you both tranquility and easy access to Wellington’s vibrant energy. Aro Street’s cozy cafés and shops are just a few minutes’ walk, Cuba Street’s world-class dining is 10 minutes on foot, and the waterfront is a scenic 20-minute stroll with museums, galleries, and many of the city’s top attractions.
The apartment is ideally located for exploring Wellington on foot, with many key destinations within easy walking distance. Public transport is readily available nearby, and taxis, rideshares, and e-scooters make getting around even more convenient. A garage is included for those traveling with a car.
The private garage is available for use but is only suitable for one smaller, standard-sized car. Long-term stays are welcome.
