– No groups, gatherings, functions, events or parties of any sort.
– No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
– The lead guest must be present at the time of check-in. The keys will not be handed over to anyone else.
– Visitors – The apartment and amenities are for guest use. If you want to have visitors, please check with me before booking.
– No smokers/vapers/drug use and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $2000 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or illicit drugs or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/illicit drug use.
– To protect the timber floors, please do not wear heeled shoes in the apartment or drag anything, including furniture and bags across the floor.
– Maximum of 8 guests in existing bedding only.
