Bus stop at the bottom of the path, with regular buses to and from the CBD. No off-street parking is available, however on-street parking is free 24/7, with no time limit. Just be sure not to park across driveways or car decks or in a bust stop – all clearly marked with yellow broken lines.
Access up to the studio is via a narrow, steep path and there are stairs on the way up, so this apartment is not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issue. If you require or prefer flat, easy access, this is not the place for you, but if you don’t mind a short walk up, you are rewarded with the stunning view 🙂
The studio is situated under a house. Whilst there is soundproofing between the two properties, you may occasionally hear the occupants of the upstairs home.
– To protect the floor, please do not wear heeled shoes in the apartment or drag anything such as furniture or bags across the floor.
