Take a walk or run along Oriental Bay first thing in the morning or head down the road to the beach or into town for the day. The apartment is an easy 15 minute walk to the CBD…perfect if you plan on heading into town for a spot of shopping, sightseeing or watching a show.
Please note that the apartment is located on a steep street.
– The person making the booking must be staying at the house. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first.
– No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
– As this is a residential building please no noise between 10pm and 7am. The downstairs apartment is also an Airbnb so please be mindful of noise transfer.
– Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
– The house is for paying/staying guests. If you plan to have visitors at the house, please message me to request approval before you book.
– To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the house or drag anything including furniture and bags across the floor.
– No smokers/vapers/drugs and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $2000 will apply if the apartment smells or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/drug use.
Guests will have exclusive access to:
The entire apartment.
The private outdoor courtyard.
The dedicated undercover parking space.
The host respects guest privacy but is available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay. We aim for a seamless and independent experience.
