– This is the middle of the city so please expect noise, especially at night. It is most noticeable in the master bedroom (as this faces the street) on Friday and Saturday nights. As this apartment is right in the very heart of Wellington, our neighbours are bars and restaurants.

– Visitors – The apartment and amenities are for guest use only. Inviting visitors or non-paying guest to the apartment is a breach of the house rules, so if you plan to have visitors, please message me to request approval before you book.
